At Cello Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
